Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country appears at checkout, we deliver there. If it doesn't, email us and we'll tell you when we can.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, to every country. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8 to 15 business days, depending on your country. Remote areas can take a little longer. Your kit ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, and the tracking link in your email shows every step.
Duties and taxes
Our prices do not include import duties or taxes. Most orders of this size arrive without any charge, but some countries collect a small fee on delivery. If that happens, it is charged by your local customs or carrier, not by us.
Wrong address or lost package
Double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will reship it once at no charge. If tracking shows no movement for 30 days after the ship date, contact us and we will reship or refund, your choice.
