Who we are

Bedswitch is an online store operated from Israel that sells a remote-controlled light switch accessory to customers worldwide. Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partner.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe the product and its compatibility accurately. Bedswitch works with rocker (paddle) switches and push buttons and does not work with toggle (lever) switches. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping; they do not include import duties or taxes your country may charge on delivery. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

What Bedswitch is, and is not

Bedswitch is a convenience accessory. It is not a safety device, a security device, a medical device, or a substitute for a properly wired light switch. It attaches with adhesive; test the adhesive on a small area if your wall is textured or freshly painted. The kit contains small parts and batteries; keep it away from small children and pets. Do not use it to operate equipment where an unintended press could cause harm.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order that has been paid, you receive a full refund.

Refunds

Our refund policy is described in full in the Refund Policy, including the 30-day "Lights Out or It's Free" guarantee.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and images, belongs to Bedswitch and may not be used without permission. SwitchBot and The Clapper are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned for comparison only; Bedswitch is not affiliated with them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bedswitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your country or state require otherwise.
